The sales process takes place in three stages:

1. Booking agreement

When booking an apartment, a booking agreement is concluded with the Buyer. The Buyer pays the Seller a booking fee of EUR 3,000 to confirm their wish to purchase.

2. Sales contract under the law of obligations

During the building of an apartment building, a notarial contract of sale is concluded with the Buyer, where all the details of the transaction are fixed. 15% of the Selling Price of the Object of the Contract shall be paid upon entering into a contract of sale under the law of obligations.

3. Real right contract

After the completion of the apartment building and after the building inspection by the Buyer, a notarised real right purchase and sale contract shall be entered into. The Buyer pays the remaining 85% of the Selling Price of the Object of the Contract and the ownership of the Object of the Contract is transferred (the change of ownership is recorded in the Land Register).

The selling price of apartment ownership includes:

>Interior decoration of the apartment according to the selected interior decoration package
>Utility network installation and connection fees (electricity, water, sewerage, ventilation, central heating)
>Ready to sign up for communication, surveillance and cable TV service

The selling price of apartment ownership does not include:

>Parking spot
>Storage room
>Fees for signing up for communication, surveillance and cable TV service
>Notary fees and state fees related to the conclusion of contracts
