The sales process takes place in three stages:
1. Booking agreement
When booking an apartment, a booking agreement is concluded with the Buyer. The Buyer pays the Seller a booking fee of EUR 3,000 to confirm their wish to purchase.
2. Sales contract under the law of obligations
During the building of an apartment building, a notarial contract of sale is concluded with the Buyer, where all the details of the transaction are fixed. 15% of the Selling Price of the Object of the Contract shall be paid upon entering into a contract of sale under the law of obligations.
3. Real right contract
After the completion of the apartment building and after the building inspection by the Buyer, a notarised real right purchase and sale contract shall be entered into. The Buyer pays the remaining 85% of the Selling Price of the Object of the Contract and the ownership of the Object of the Contract is transferred (the change of ownership is recorded in the Land Register).
