The aim of COMBICON OÜ is to provide high quality and flexible construction, design, project management and real estate development services. The founders of the company are experienced construction managers and entrepreneurs. We sincerely believe that good solutions come from cooperation and are, therefore, open-minded and result-oriented.

Heating system
All apartments are equipped with a modern underfloor heating system where each room can be conveniently controlled by a thermostat.

Each apartment has a separate heat recovery ventilation unit. The staircase of the building is ventilated with separate heat recovery ventilation units.

High-quality triple glazed and floor-to-ceiling wood-aluminium windows for high energy efficiency.

The facade of the building on Kentmanni Street is finished with white concrete, while the back of the building and the courtyard are finished with silicone plaster. Natural granite stone slabs have been used as facade material throughout the ground floor. The facade materials are chosen to ensure the long-term preservation of the exterior of the building and its resistance to the weather.

Inserted ceilings and roof
The building’s inserted ceilings are made of prefabricated hollow core panels or monolithic reinforced concrete, on which are mounted footstep insulation and floor screeds with floor heating. The insulated roof is covered with SBS.

Building warranty
All apartments and commercial premises are covered by a 2-year building warranty.

Interior decoration
The walls of the dwellings are painted. One of the living room walls is painted with accent paint and the bedroom accent wall is covered with wallpaper. The floors are covered with natural oak parquet. The floors of the hallway and utility room are covered with ceramic tiles. The bathroom floors and walls are also tiled and the ceilings are plasterboard suspended ceilings. Ceramic sanitary ware is selected from the exclusive Villeroy & Boch collection and Hansgrohe’s high quality sanitary ware range.

The bulkheads of the apartments and the exterior walls of the building are predominantly designed of prefabricated reinforced concrete or concrete blocks. Lightweight interior walls are plasterboard walls on lightweight framework. All walls and technical nodal solutions are designed to meet today’s requirements for building acoustics and soundproofing.

Energy label
The building meets all modern energy efficiency requirements and the building’s energy label is Class B.
